No, as of July 1, 2014, Pyramid no longer participates in a pallet exchange program.

Do Carriers have the option of Direct Deposit, and is there a Fee?
Yes, Pyramid Transport does offer Carriers the convenience of Direct Deposit. You can receive a Comdata fuel card and have the option to leave the funds on the card or have the funds deposited into your bank account. If you choose to leave the funds on the card, there is no additional fee. However, if you decide to have the monies deposited into your account, Comdata (not Pyramid Transport) will charge you a fee of .75 cents per transaction.

Do Carriers have access to your system?
Carriers have the ability to check to see if paperwork was received, see what their check date is going to be, and review settlement reports after their check is processed. Please click here to navigate to our Carrier Login.
When will I get paid?
Pyramid Transport understands the importance of a quick payment for our Carriers. From the time your paperwork is submitted, we will pay in ten days (20 days if it is a factoring company) as long as there are no known issues. Click here for Carrier Pay Options.
What is quick pay, and is there a charge for this?
If a Carrier needs their pay prior to the ten day turn around, we offer Quick Pay. If your paperwork is received prior to 1pm, we offer a same day (Quick Pay) option for a fee of $175.00. Click here for Carrier Pay Options.
Can I bring my paperwork into the office to get paid?
Yes, you can bring your paperwork to the office to be dropped off at anytime. We have a three hour turn around window for checks to be processed for all walk-ins. Also, if you do not arrive to the office prior to 2pm, you will not be able to pick up your check until after 11am the following day. Click here for our Office Location and Contact Information.
What are the advance fees?
Advance fees are charged on advances that a driver takes on a load at a rate of 6% for the total amount or $40.00 whichever is greater. Advance fees are not charged on Labor advances. Click here for Carrier Pay Options.

What is a claim processing fee?
Pyramid Transport has a claim processing fee that we charge Carriers/Drivers if there is a claim on their load. This fee is used to cover research, processing, and issues pertaining to that claim. The processing fee is $25 that will be added on top of any additional charges acquired to cover the claim.
When do I need to turn in my paperwork?
Carriers are required to have all paperwork turned in to the office within 14 days of their last delivery. If we do not have your paperwork within the 14 day window, you will be charged a Paperwork delay fee of $150.00.
How do I get my load number if I do not have it?
The staff at Pyramid is always available to our drivers and Carriers. If you need any information, including, but not limited to your load number, all you need to do is contact your dispatcher. Click here to see our Dispatcher’s Contact Information.
